Sounds normal: Sounds like you are reading a report of an ultrasound or ct scan. "left hemipelvis" means "on the left side of the pelvis, like your left ovary". Exophytic means the cyst is bulging out of the ovary (most cysts do) and follicular cyst means that you are probably about to ovulate. Nothing aboubt this sounds worrisome, but your doctor can put it into perspective based on your symptoms.
