Dx'ed with bacterial vaginosis. not sure how long i've had it. how likely is it to cause infertility?

Unlikely: While theoretically possible, i've never heard of bacterial vaginosis causing infertility. It's very common, so if it did cause infertility, that would be a lot of women affected. Sometimes it can go undiagnosed for a long time. So long as you've treated it now, though, you should be fine.
