Testing needed: Since angina and muscular pain can feel exactly the same, one can't tell without some testing: your symptoms are a perfect indication for doing a stress test. If it's negative, you can rest comfortably that your pain is not angina .If it's abnormal, additional heart testing would be indicated (at least in the usa)

Maybe not: If you are stressed, that can bring on angina, too. I would consider it angina until proven otherwise. Talk to your doctor about this. Also, work on stress reduction techniques. Best of luck to you.
