Lots of things: Stress, medications, hormones, (menses/menopause) auto-immune inflammatory conditions, allergies, nerves, chronic and/or acute illness, weather, immune imbalances, bacteria, viruses, yeast infections, parasites, trauma, fever, cancer, cysts, and probably a bunch more i can't think of off the top of my head--anybody help? See your dentist for a definitive diagnosis.

Mouth sores: May be viral, bacterial, or due to a systemic disease. The l;isa is long as to possible causes. Please see your Dentist to start the diagnostic process. Referral to an Oral Medicine Specialist may be in order. There is no reason for you to suffer...seek help.
