Times voiding: The most common cause for recurrent urinary tract infections in adolescence and early adulthood is the use of spermatocidal creams. If the recurrent urinary tract infections are associated with fevers ureteral reflux must be excluded. Cranberries and blueberries to prevent bacterial adherence to the bladder mucosa leading to infections. Voiding completely at regular intervals prevents infections.
