Several ways: It might help to wipe from front to rear after going to the bathroom, urinate after sex, stay well hydrated, and keep yourself healthy overall. Check for diabetes.

Following: Empty bladder after sex, avoid bubble bath & shower rather than bathe, non synthetic underwear & no thongs, spread thighs widely when urinating to avoid urine trapped by labia, wipe front to back, treat constipation, drink plenty of water & urinate eveery 3 hours (avoid retaining), consider drinking cranberry juice or taking cranberry tablets or gelcaps to reduce bacterial adherence to bladder wall.
