See a Prosthodontist: Composite is an acceptable treatment depending on the degree of change you are looking for, the amount of force to be applied on a daily basis, and how long you expect it to last and remain the same shade. The laboratory created porcelain veneer is more esthetic, stronger, color stable, and lasts longer.Sometimes there is no tooth preparation requires, other than what you would do for a composite.

Big difference: composite veneers are cheaper. porcelain veneer offer better quality look and last longer. Porcelain veneer are high quality but if they brake, have to be replaced. Composite veneer can always be bonded. If price is not concern, porcelain veneers are the better choice. if you do not want to shave natural teeth, you can choose lumineers instead. Veneers, you have to remove 0.3-0.5 mm tooth

Night and day: Either may be the perfect choice for you. It really depends upon the specific circumstances and your expectations. In some cases a well placed bonded filling may provide excellent esthetics and last for 5-10 years, while in some cases a well fabricated veneer is the only way to achieve the best esthetics and function for 10 years +. Tooth reduction can be minimal in many cases. No one best answer

Resin v Porcelain: Composite resin veneers can be applied in one day, last 3- 6 years, require a lot of maintenance (they often chip) and 1/2 price. Porcelain Veneers are much more durable, last 15-25 years and require no maintenance. Both can be used for a certain situations and results can be amazing.
