Suicide Lifeline: National suicide lifeline: 1-800-273-talk (8255). They can connect you with local resources also. You can also call 911. At 15, you can reach out to a parent also! please use at least 1 of these options.

Try this one: The best one is the one that you actually call! you could try the national suicide prevention lifeline at 1-800-273-talk. There are many though and make sure that if you do not feel safe that you consider calling 911 or going to talk to someone in the emergency department of the nearest hospital to you. Stay safe!

Get help now.: If your question pertains to you, you can call 911 or the crisis clinic in your area. It is also possible to just go to an emergency room and get an urgent evaluation. Is there a trusted friend, aunt, or uncle - or maybe a school counselor - who might help you? Whatever the problems are, they can get better, but only if you are breathing! good luck. Lgromkomd.
