IBS...: Intestinal cramps after eating is a hallmark of ibs. Dizziness or vertigo is not. Good luck with your scope!

My dr thinks i have IBS-C. I don't want a colonoscopy. My doctor said they can't do a stool FIT test cause of my age. I recently heard of stool DNA test & It isn't here in Canada yet. Does anyone know if there is a way I could get a stool DNA test ?
Can IBS cause cramping in the middle of the night on occasion? Had colonoscopy about 2 yrs ago, recent CT scan. Both normal. Doc says IBS.
