Wait a bit: Sound like a healthy 17 yo. Often after a back injury, it is worse 48 hours later. Give it a little more time. Each day from not on should be a little bit better. If it gets worse instead, or after a week you are not one bit better, then seek help. Warm soaks, massage, and otc meds should help.
