Possible allergy: You may be allergic to one of the components in the many lip medications that you were using.I would see it and talk to a dermatologist about improving your lips with the cortisone cream and then trying another lip medication such as vaseline lip therapy since most people are not allergic to this.

Keep lips moist: Lip gloss and keep well hydrated. Cut back on natural diuretics such as caffiene and foods such as brussel sprouts which are natural diuretics.
