Toenail: Ibuprofen, advil, (ibuprofen) alleve or just tylenol would not recommend any stronger meds as they can interact with the alcohol. Loosening the bandage can help. And loose shoes.

Try applying ice: The toenail removal really should not be that painful....9 drinks is a lot. Were you in shoes? Possibly the tight shoes if you were in them could of aggravated the problem... Another concern would be perhaps there is an infection causing the pain....And lastly, make sure the bandage is not on too tight...Good luck.
