Irritation? Fungus?: This is common area for fungal infection which would require antifungals such as lamisil, (terbinafine) micatin, lotrimin. Pther possibilities include bacterial infection or dermatitis from friction. These conditions are treated differently. If this persists see doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
