See dermatologist: The alarm bell rings whenever i see someone with painful skin lesions. It may well be a neurologic issue but she should really consult a dermatologist. It has nothing to do with asthma.

Not enough info: Cause of her problem is complex. She should see an allergist. Don't waste any time as this could be the tip of the kceberg for something quite serious.
