A member asked:

I keep having nightmares whenever i fall asleep hugging a pillow. is this really bad?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Only if it bothers U: If the nightmares bother you and you do not get them when you are hugging a pillow then i would simply recommend that you not hug the pillow. If you have them either way and they are bothering you, then i would recommend that you see a psychologist or a sleep specialist or both to see if you have ptsd or a primary sleep disorder.
