Hard to say...: If the tooth is loose, it may be suffering from periodontal disease. What concerns me is where there's smoke, there's fire... Your other teeth may also have similar problems even if they are not loose. Get yourself to a local dentist for evaluation and see what can be done to improve your oral health.

Visit your dentist: You may have an advanced gum disease. It's not too late to keep your teeth! Many of these infections can be prevented with proper dental care, such as brushing and flossing regularly and visiting your dentist.
