See below: 1. Drink water throughout the day 2. If you have diabetes, keep it tightly controlled 3. Avoid soda, sugary items, caffeine, and alcohol. 4. Eat healthy - mostly fruits/veggies/beans/nuts 5. Keep blood pressure controlled 6. Lose weight if overweight/obese 7. Stop smoking.
