Depends: This varies quite a bit from patient to patient. If you are healthy without any medical condition and have been on nutrition-rich diet, and the surgery was less complex, a few days to a week is typical to feel much less soreness, pain, etc. Some patients can have delayed healing from multiple reasons and feeling 'recovered' may take a long, long time.
