By the fit: Of the aligners. They should be a little tight for the first few days and then fit comfortably until you are ready to move on to the next. Thank you for your service!

Pressure ; looks: Typically, although not always, you will feel pressure with each new set of aligners as they are meant to be pushing your teeth into position. However, some movements are modest and gentle enough you may not feel this. You should, however, see your teeth and bite moving over the course of a few months. Go to your orthodontist and discuss your clincheck plan with them.

Ask your provider: As movements are 0.2mm-0.25mm per tooth per tray, sometimes it doesn't look as if there's a lot going on. Important to wear trays as much as possible. If not , next set will seem OK, but as current set not being worn enough the next set will be significantly less effective. Strive for no less than 22hrs/day.

Straighter teeth: One of the benefits of the Invisalign system is that you can see the transformation of your smile as it occurs. For clues before you can see your teeth start to shift into proper position, pay attention to how you feel. Just like braces, this method places gentle force against the pull of the periodontal ligament. You may feel a little soreness. That tells you Invisalign is doing its job.
