A few thoughts..: Not sure how much care you mom needs, but you can help subsidize part of her treatment, you can help her apply for a healthcare loan, or you can bring her to a dental school or hospital residency program in your area where in exchange for her time in allowing students/residents to learn by treating her, she can have treatment at a reduced cost.
