Gingivitis therapy: That depends. Severity and etiology. If it is severe, it may need aggressive antibiotics or antiviral or antifungal therapy depending on the cause, removal of or care of infected teeth. If it is not severe, it may improve with good dental hygiene: antimicrobial mouth wash, good brushing. You need to see a dentist and have an evaluation of the gums and a management plan can be made after exam.
