Psychologist: Social anxiety is certainly treatable with psychotherapy, and sometimes medications as needed. Consider seeing a psychologist with expertise in anxiety disorders, for help. In the meantime, you can also do mind-body practices like yoga, breathing exercises, meditation, tai chi, etc. Some of these can be with others, but since you are not the center of attention, might feel ok.
