What can i do to convince my parents to let me see a psychiatrist?

Just do it: Remind yourself that you are an adult and responsible for getting assistance when you feel you need it and from whom you feel is appropriate. You are responsible for your happiness and well being!

I don't know if you: Are 38 years old, or if that is the profile of the person whose account this is. I am assuming that you are a minor. I would be specific in telling your parents about what problems you are dealing with. If they don't know why you want to see a psychiatrist, they may not support it. Take care.
