Call the surgeon: Who removed the tooth and ask for advice. We know nothing about your medical history, the difficulty of the procedure, medications you are already taking, etc. He\she is the best one to help you feel better sooner.

Pain after surgery: Pain after tooth extraction is usually worse in the first 12 hours. However, if you alternate the prescribed pain killers with NSAIDs, these pains may subside within 24 hours. Wisdom tooth extraction may result in bleeding and pain that lasts for 2-3 days and it is important to follow your doctor's instructions.
