Yes, it really does.: However, depression usually needs to be addressed through more then one life style change. Talking therapy, psychiatric medications, proper sleep, healthy diet and a variety of other options may prove beneficial.

Often: Regular exercise, especially with a group seems to help with depression. There are physiologic effects as well as social ones. Good luck. One step at a time.
