Please tell me if i need a doctor or a dentist for bad upper jaw pain?

Dentist first: If it is a "jaw" or dental pain the dentist can help. If it might be your sinuses...a dentist can help. If the dental exam shows nothing positive or something that stands out...then go to an ENT.

Jaw pain, see DDS: Your dentist may make a cast of your teeth to see how your bite fits together, or may request specialized x-rays for the TM joints.
