No: Dental implants are inert titanium fixtures that do no affect pregnancy, no more than an artificial knee or hip. Infections of the mouth, whether on implants or natural teeth, should be promptly treated, however.

No: There should be no cause for concern.If you are planning to get the implants placed, you should wait until after your delivery as it is an elective procedure and a few months will not matter. You may have local anesthesia or conscious sedation (I.V.). If sedation, then wait until after. Best to avoid any trauma to the system, no matter how minor. Any dental tx is best done 2nd trimester.Good Luck
