Please : Please take another pregnancy test. By the "implant", i assume you mean norplant (levonorgestrel)? This will usually prevent pregnancy, but if you are concerned please take another test.

See below: Agree with Dr. E. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you are have any doubt, you may wish to get a blood test for HCG level.
