You could try....: Crest white strips professional or sheer white strips (dispensed by dentist) are fine for people with lightly discolored teeth. For people with darker teeth, sensitivity issues or desire very white teeth, you should see a dentist for their evaluation and treatment recommendations. Zoom! is great for average teeth but I have had fantastic results with kor deep bleaching for moderate to dark teeth.
