Like any extraction: Removal of baby tooth involved trauma to the tissues like an adult tooth. The healing process is similar. Avoid hot/spicy foods and foods that are tough to chew. For the next three to four days, keep the wound site clean especially after meals. Ice pack around the outside of face where the extraction was done will help with swelling.
