; vice versa: Depressed people often do live very repetitive and "unstimulating" lifestyles because in depression, their motivation and creativity suffer. They often have poor energy, sleep poorly, and see the world through pessimistic lenses -- focusing on what is "bad" rather than seeing/experiencing life in its wholeness.
