Limited if OTC: Over-the-counter (otc) products are easy to buy, as you will not need any dentist's prescription. However, otc products are also made as "one-fits-all" formulated products. This means it may not work well for your teeth. (so answering this question may not be helpful.) if your darkened/yellowed teeth are from stain, otc may work. If they are dark from within, you'll need more than tooth paste.
