What is the best recommendation for front tooth root canal?

Keep tooth: If your front tooth needs a root canal and you want to keep the tooth, have it done. If you lack confidence in your general dentist see a specialist, an endodontist. Generally access is made from the back side of the tooth. Most front teeth do not require crowns but graying over time may lead you to want a cosmetic restoration.
