Rare, have checked: Have a doctor see this indiv. Unless breastfeeding or a history of trauma to the breast with an open wound, such an infection is rare. The doctor will be able to determine if it's an infection and what treatment is necessary. The doctor will also determine if there's another type of problem. Hope this is helpful.
