44 years old. long history of menstrual cycle ranging from 10-20 days. lg amount of pus last month. treated for infection. bulky uterus found. what could this be? growing breast tissue as well. going for ultrasound.

Likely benign change: The irregular periods may not be connected, and a bulky uterus could be benign myomas (fibroids) but with the 'pus', getting an ultrasound and if indicated an endometrial biopsy sound prudent. Breast tissue growth suggests hormonal change as well.
