SICKER WITH FLU: Hay fever causes sneezing, nasal congestion, itchy eyes etc. While flu will cause fever, sore throat, nasal congestion, cough, body and muscle pain, headache, fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite.In essencs you will be much sicker.
