See a doctor.: There are specific tests and diagnostic criteria for these diseases. These include blood sugar measurement, hemoglobin a1c, tsh, ana, ena, cbc, etc. The most important is a history and physical examination by a physician familiar with these problems and capable of interpreting these tests.
