For solace, yes: You are 17 and can have the chance to become normal in weight. But people within 10% above their ideal body weight are considered healthy by medical professionals and well-studied in terms of survival during disease to do better, they have enough nutrition to lose firs whereas above that is unhealthy due to wound-healing problem and risks of dm, heart problem, hypertension, etc..
