See endocrinologist: I assume that you have been diagnosed with an overactive thyroid. You wrote down thyroiditis as a condition. If you have "subacute thyroiditis", this is a self limited inflammation of the thyroid that will eventually resolve. Although thyroid levels can temporarily be high and give you symptoms, it would be extremely unlikely to cause thyroid storm. You should followup with your doctor or endo.
