Nothing out of..: ...Context. Ca.125 is used to follow up response to treatment in patients with cancer of the ovary but a slightly elevated level can come from non malignant causes (and it can be normal even if there is cancer). It is not considered a screening test. Whoever ordered it probably had very valid reasons to do so and i'm sure he/she can explain its implications to you in the proper context. Best 2u.
