Sounds like vascular: Spasm... There are some vascular changes that occur during sex and during orgasm..... I would discuss this with your urologist or pcp.... If it's a one time thing there are to many possibilities to guess from. However, if becomes recurrent, i suggest further evaluation and treatment....Possibly.

Normal: Veins on the temporal area and around the eye (periorbital) are common findings in many people. They tend to become more common with aging and there are also genetic reasons. They can also be more prominent during exercise, stress or increased hydration. Nothing needs to be done about these unless for strictly cosmetic reasons.
