Concerned: Please practice good sleep hygiene( google this if necessary). Avoid using iphone, computer, tv after 8pm or get blue blocker sunglasses to wear while looking at them. Take melatonin 3 mg 2 hours prior to desired sleep onset. See your family doctor to rule out common physical causes and to evaluate you for depression or generalized anxiety disorder.
