Water allergy?: Some people have allergy to water! or, more likely you could have dry skin. Use a moisturizer, preferably a cream over a lotion. Avoid aggressive soaps.

Itchy tingly skin all over after contact with water - after showers/baths skin becomes itchy and tingly but there is no visible marks or rashes.
