Probably strained : Probably strained a muscle in your back and twisted your ankle when you fell. Usually these injuries happen so quick that we aren't even aware of them immediately. I recommend using a cold pack on both areas for 20 min, and it wouldn't hurt to wrap the ankle with a compression bandage if it starts to swell or hurt when you walk. If no improvement or worsening symptoms, see your doctor.

Should see a doc: To assess for injury. Antiinflammatories or muscle relaxant may be needed. Physical therapy would likely help.
