What is the cause: Medial branch blocks (mmb) of nerves anesthetize few hours, proving nerves carry pain signals to brain; ablation also temp (few mo). But what are actual peripheral pain transducers? Mbb does not reveal. Are pain transducers myofascia, muscles, tendons, ligaments, or nerves pinched at spine? True cure requires id of pain generator(s). See osteopath ; rule in/rule out candidate transducers.
