How often should i replace eye creams for dry skin around the eyes?

Why?: Why replace eye creams? Thet are expensive, and I have never heard of infection from eye creams spreading from eye cream jars. Dont sweat it.

As often as needed: Often you can tell if an application is needed because the area will feel tight, your eyes will burn, or there will be flaking. Sometimes this may happen several times a day.
