Hypoallergenic cream: Dark circles under eyes can be due to aging changes, genetic skin predispositions of fat pad migration. Cold ice packs help best though do not cure them. Creams also do not cure them but might decrease appearance. Ph balanced, hypoallergenic creams least likely to cause allergic dermatitis. Lack of sleep, stress, history of rubbing eyes can make it worse. See eyemd if nothing helps.
