Navicular and calcaneal beak fracture 6 weeks ago. treated with non-weight bearing and aircast. x-rays show no callus formation, would i need surgery ?

Bone stim: If there is signs of a delayed union or non union fracture, i would highly recommend another 6 weeks of non weight bearing status. An MRI is helpful after next 6 weeks to see if the fracture healed. If not a bone stimulator is indicated to speed up healing process. When all else failed, then surgery.
