It is usually seen in younger persons and more commonly in med most commonly see early morning stiffness of at least 30-60 minutes that improves with activity. Nay also see other areas of arthritis rash inflammation in the eye and other symptoms. There is a strong association with a genetic factor called hl-a b27. See a rheumatologis.
