How do i stop asthma attacks so i can excercise ? i can't excercise 10 minutes with out being short of breath having chest pain and lightheadness.

Medication : There are medications that you could take prior to exercise to help with exercise induced asthma. If you have atrial fibrillation, inadequate rate control may also lead to shortness of breath during exercise. Discuss with you doctor.
